Review note: this statement is an engineering readiness draft for Holman Comfort Systems, LLC. It describes the accessibility intent and support channels for this website. Final remediation commitments and response procedures should be reviewed by the client, account owner, and counsel before launch.
Our Commitment
Holman Comfort Systems is working to make this website accessible and usable for people of all abilities. The site is built with semantic landmarks, keyboard-reachable navigation, visible focus states, labels for form fields, descriptive alt text for informative images, empty alt text for decorative imagery, and color choices intended to meet WCAG 2.2 AA contrast expectations for normal body text.
Standards We Aim For
Our target is WCAG 2.2 AA engineering readiness. That includes perceivable content, operable navigation, understandable forms and error messages, and robust HTML that can be interpreted by assistive technologies. We also review touch targets, mobile viewport behavior, motion preferences, heading structure, and keyboard operation during pre-live QA.
Need Assistance?
If you have difficulty using any part of this website, need information in another format, or want to report an accessibility issue, contact Holman Comfort Systems at [email protected] or (512)632-4298. Please include the page URL, the issue you encountered, your browser or assistive technology if you are comfortable sharing it, and the best way to reach you.
Third-Party Content
Some pages may link to third-party websites, maps, financing providers, analytics tools, social networks, or other embedded services that Holman does not control. If a third-party service is inaccessible, we will document the issue and may ask the vendor for remediation information or a VPAT where appropriate.
Ongoing Improvements
Accessibility is an ongoing process. As content, forms, offers, and third-party tools change, the website should be re-tested with keyboard navigation, screen-reader-friendly structure checks, color-contrast checks, and automated tools such as Lighthouse or axe as part of the launch and maintenance workflow.
